• Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your blinds or curtains for a full refund.

• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged. The original packaging must also be included.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for a refund:
  • Blinds or curtains that have been custom made or altered
  • Blinds or curtains that have been damaged by the customer
  • Blinds or curtains that have been installed

To Return an Item:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
3. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Package your items and return them to the address on the return shipping label.
