We have 12 months service warranty for window blinds installed by us. Our window blinds can withstand to 5-10 years depend on handling and usage.

What is not covered under our service warranty

1. Wear & tear of product.
2. Damage or spoilage due to own negligence or more serious ; wreckages caused by natural disaster such as flood, thunderstorm , etc.
3. Loss or pilferage of products.
4. Incorrect handling or use which includes abuse.
5. Discolouration of product/s, due to direct water cleaning and etc.

With window blinds, a simple wiping down with a damp cloth or microfiber cloth keeps them looking their best. Never clean your window blinds with direct water, you also can keep your window blinds dust-free by regular gentle vacuuming with the appropriate attachment or use feather duster to gently remove any dust or debris from the window blinds.

For customer that need door to door services outside of Klang Valley, will be charges for transportation, depend on travel distance from our showroom in Bangi to our customer’s location, including toll charges and etc.

We also provide courier delivery for our customer who stay outside Klang Valley.

We provide deliveries all over Malaysia. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next one (1) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays. Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
